The Holy Spirit urgently warns the Church that people living in the last days need to be ready mentally and spiritually for anything that the devil throws at them.
It is God’s will that His people be filled with His power to be able to withstand the enemy, and be able to help some who are victimized by the evil society that will rise up at the end of the age.
2 Timothy 3:1 (ESV) – But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty.
The Bible makes it clear that we are to understand these times of difficulty. We must look at things from God’s perspective about what is happening so we can be ready for the enemy’s attacks, and still be able to function in the physical world.
Our close relationship with Jesus and the Spirit of truth is what it takes to make a difference in the battles we face (see Jn 8:32).
We are in the world, but not of the world (see Jn 17:15). We cannot avoid the perilous times (see 2Tim 2:3-4). We who live by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will escape the dangers of these days. These are things that we must boldly believe and share with others.

Lord, thank you that we can continually walk with the Holy Spirit in a deeper relationship. Thank you for being a part of our personal Bible study.
We are grateful to fellowship with genuine believers. We know how important it is for us to associate with other disciples in order to maintain our sanity and to navigate these last days. Thank you Lord, in Jesus’ name, amen.
