Listen More, Talk Less
[Pr 10:19-21]
Proverbs 10:19-21 (NASB) When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, But he who restrains his lips is wise. [20] The tongue of the righteous is as choice silver, The heart of the wicked is worth little. [21] The lips of the righteous feed many, But fools die for lack of understanding.
Note: One way to avoid sin is to talk less. A righteous man’s words are valuable and will bless others.
My Confession: The more I talk, the more chance I have of saying something wrong. I am wise, so I listen more than I talk.
