Resisting Evil Agendas

[Mic 6:8; Pr 8:12,13; Ps 37:7-11]

Mic 6:8 (ESV) –He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Micah 6:8 is a brief summary of the character God expects to see in every human being. Instead, He often sees people turned toward hatred and nasty ways. Obviously, many people do not have regard for good, let alone have a respect for God. Many who scream for justice are the most glaring instigators of injustice.

They demand from others what they refuse to give in return. They are empty of the most basic forms of human kindness, marked by selfish pride. Using threats, they work to impose their extreme and false beliefs upon others. They rebelliously shake their fist at God and continue the evil ways they desire.

Undoubtedly these examples are all too familiar in our society, but what can be done? It begins with a divine outpouring across the nation that causes people to turn from such behaviors. It also begins with those who are already following biblical examples. When we walk humbly with our God, our beliefs will be rightly aligned. Loving justice according to God’s standard will change what people do, and the ideologies they hold. It will shift how we treat our fellow man. It will change the actions of leadership in government. Causing this to happen requires supernatural intervention, but we can definitely pray for a failure of man-made ideologies, agendas, and attitudes so that we can see the good arise. We can declare godly things to replace the ungodly, and people everywhere will believe differently and follow what God requires.

“All who fear the LORD will hate evil…” (Pr 8:13).

Join with me in these decrees:

I decree that man-made agendas and ideologies will fail. Plans and beliefs built upon humanism, atheism, and selfish pride shall be destroyed by the power of God. I bind tyranny, socialism, communism, and false religion in the Name of Jesus!

I take authority over tormenting demons that try to confuse people’s minds, causing them to misinterpret facts and twist the truth. I bind the lying tongue of the corrupt, and declare that they cannot lure people into evil political schemes and philosophies.

Even the blind are beginning to see through the devil’s tactics. I declare that the number of evil politicians is quickly diminishing! True statesmen are arising to represent the people!

I say that communistic agendas and ungodly plans be stopped, and do not move forward. I release the blessing of the Lord upon this nation! In the name of Jesus, I loose a spirit of blessing and goodness, for the well-being of wrongly persecuted patriots. Lord, justify the people who have been accused and censored without cause.

Pr 8:12 (ESV) –“I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion.
(KJV) says, “knowledge of witty inventions.”

I prophesy that ideas and witty inventions shall be developed for rebuilding our country. Resolutions will be passed through Congress, and the Oval Office without being stonewalled or vetoed.

I call for a shift toward righteousness in people’s beliefs. I declare a divine outpouring of humility, and turning to God for answers. I decree every ungodly belief system shall utterly fail in Jesus Name (Ps 21:11)!

Prayer based on Psalm 37:7-11,

Lord, I will be still, and wait patiently for you. I do not stew and fret when people carry out their wicked schemes. I refrain from anger, and turn from wrath—it leads only to more evil. For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though I look for them, they will not be found. But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity. Amen!

Remember, whatever stands between you and your Bible, is being used by the enemy!
